Our founder, Karla Santiago was born and raised in California. She attended local schools and graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business Economics in 1983, and then completed an 18 month Management Training Program with Bank of America. She also holds a Self-Insurance Administrator's Certificate. Besides her experience in operations and upscale banking, she has worked with the county, state and federal government. |
